Rest and Beauty

There is something about summer that always surprises me. One moment the cool-season blooms are filling our buckets, and the next they have quietly said goodbye. Everything is so green and the garden is smiling up at us and promising us more beautiful things to come.  Summer is fleeting but the garden is promising us yet another beautiful chapter!

For the next few weeks, our flower stand will take a little rest while we tend to the late summer blooms. The zinnias, dahlias, and cosmos are growing each day, and they are worth the wait.

In the meantime, let’s keep looking for all that is beautiful, good, and true. Whether it is daily garden walks, tea with a friend, or watching the sun go down. Every day and moment is a gift. Beauty has a wonderful way of finding us when we look for it.

Even though the stand is resting, we are still happy to create bouquets by special order. If you have a birthday to celebrate, a friend who could use a little encouragement, or a family member you want to bless, we would love to create something beautiful for you. 

We'll be back at the flower stand soon, ready to welcome you with fresh bouquets, a little cup of tea, and a warm smile.
